After making the drive in transmac, click on it and see if you have a bunch of folders in the right hand window of transmac. I know that you are doing the 2 USB install making your 10.5 disk with transmac. I was hoping it would be like re-installing LiLo when you moved disks around in Linux... If I format the drives to individual drives, then no errors occur. I also have an USB printer with card reader connected to my system, and the casing has a card reader too. I would get 4 of these errors, and then I could choose an OS, and it would load no problem.
