I've at least tidied up the PI a bit and eliminated the use of "class" as in all cases (other than tests) we were ignoring the class attribute. with many more of the "requiredCapability" lines. Move the version check processing out of Processing Instruction and just use the version attribute on the metadataRepository, artifactRepository or profileRegistry elements. Maybe it would help to delete the outdated p2 repositories below technology/epp/packages/mars, in particular RC1 RC2 RC3 RC4 RC4a RC4b Those have been used in the old composite repository during RC-time.
