Can you try to delete the 1.3.0.v200904281458 and restart STS with the -clean flag. Also add the needed jars in the classpath and it should work. Here is the failure. Eclipse points to the axis installation directory: Window > Preferences > Web Services > Axis2 Preferences > Axis2 runtime location 3.

It appears the wizard failed while just doing a simple file > copy from the axis plugin directory to your Web project. So, I would make sure the source files/folders exist and contain the expected files. Note the one bundle is a file the other is folder. It seems it fails on the WSDL generation.

Either commons_logging needs to be reverted to its old form, or we need to update the Web Services code to deal with loading files from this jar.
