Does anyone know of a way I can replace these files? Ever since IE 10 they've moved everything over to preferences so it should be in User Configuration -> Preferences -> Control Panel Settings -> Internet Explorer. You can safely remove(move) the PolicyDefinitions folder because it uses the local PolicyDefinitions folder form C:\Windows which includes all the necessary files.
