WMP11 sucks. There is a Microsoft website that checks the DRM components on your machine and then upgrades them: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp .  Mind you, this is after running Microsoft/Windows Update which reports back that if anyone can help me i would really appreciate it.
