The other thing you can try is to actually connect your printer to a different PC/System, then load the correct DRIVERS and connect your printer cable and run some print jobs. It was basically designed by Epson Company for use on their older models of ink jet printers, but people have been using it on the newer models, with success reported. does anyone know how to reset it? Don't install the cyan yet. The "clean the print heads utility" does nothing. If so, then actually tell us just what each light on your printer is doing [OFF, SOLID, FLASHING, or a combination of those three].
Did all maintenance checks again, still prints like all the ink is gone and I'm getting the last drops. I cleaned the printer thoroughly inside - I even opened it up and found the encoder wheel and cleaned that too (but it wasn't very dirty).However, depsite cleaning it up it I can provide greater details of this if you are interested. Those printheads are one of the reasons that the Epson Printers make such quality color prints, that so many people rave about. the problem is that its flashing that i need a service.
