I am currently doing a new render using the same 1080/24p preset but I modified the target bitrate to 25Mbps, down from the 30Mbps default. I'll see what happens. Total bitrate is too high near time = 7.048700 seconds - the bitrate remained unchanged in the message. Verify the menu and other files transcode settings and see if you can play around with the bit rate.
