I have followed the instructions and 'touch wood' it seems to have worked :D
I didn't use any spray/grease as it wasn't stuck but I was Nikon D80 Reset Button I set camera to normal mode (not B/W), I even put a fresh charged battery in, and I have a disk in that I know is formatted and works fine. I took camera in Nikon authorized service, and they fix it.
