I would suggest you download "sscserve.exe" . Sorry for my engish ;). it was caught pretty good but I managed to pull out the sock ... The scenario is that the printer will have hit the "Service Required" point that requires a reset but once reset then gives the error "cannot recognize following cartridge". It reset and I printed a test sheet no problem. Cheers!
